Production times are calculated
from the date payment is received.

with permission, VIDEOGRAMMY will do our best to convey the Sender's message to the Recipient
with an enjoyable, heartfelt audio/video greeting.
However, it's ultimately up to the Purchaser of
a Request to be satisfied with their final product.

VIDEOGRAMMY reserves the right to decline any photos or Requests we deem hurtful, inappropriate or offensive and that violate any municipal, state/provincial or federal law.
We do not share your information except what is provided by the Sender regarding the Recipient for the booked musicians performing a personalized Gold or Platinum Request.
Personal material and files are deleted within 14 days of the delivery of the VIDEOGRAMMY Request. (See Privacy Policy
