Your VIDEOGRAMMY greeting continues to have an impact through our pledge to help community causes in need of our support.
With every VIDEOGRAMMY Request, a $5 or $10 donation is included to go to a registered non-profit organization** chosen by the Sender from a list of causes. The Sender also has the option to assign the VIDEOGRAMMY donation in honor of or dedicated to the Recipient and include the information in the greeting. (VG Standards include a donation acknowledgement but the dedication option is not available.)

BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR REQUEST
Are you ready to make your Request for that special someone
you want to surprise with a personalized VIDEOGRAMMY?
First, we'll need to know your Request selection and delivery date
so we can assure you a reservation on that day.
You can provide some brief details in the comments section
of your Request about the recipient, the occasion and
the features you'd like included in your video.
A list of suggestions is provided on the Request page.
Submit your Request and we'll get back to you within 24 hours
to confirm your delivery date is available, get more details
and provide instructions on how to proceed with your order.
Production times begin once a Request is finalized
and payment is received.
Please do not provide any attachments with your Request
as those orders won't be acknowledged.
We'll ask for photos when we confirm your reservation date.
VIDEOGRAMMY reserves the right to decline any photos
or Requests deemed inappropriate or offensive or
that violate any municipal, state/provincial or federal laws.
